12 page child's advertising booklet for MELLIN'S Foods with nursery rhymes verses and black and white illustrations with lovely chromolitho colour covers. The book is shaped to be viewed from the length and not the width, like a calender. There is a small neat sellotape repair to edge of back inside cover and staples have rusted and this is just showing at one side. The booklet itself is very good and dates to the last decade of the 19th century c1900. *Mellin's was a USA Manufacturer of baby food supplement and was a massive name even when I grew up in the 1950's. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
