Once Upon Our Time (Paperback or Softback)

Cordelia Mae Achley was done with ghosts. Caleb Nash put an end to that. Guiding lost and wandering souls toward the Afterlife was a loser's game, one she had firmly put behind her. Nowadays, Delia floats through life, ignoring the past, and getting by with the little bit of cash she earns reading the cards and selling "hoodoo" love potions.

When the Universe suddenly throws the disenchanted medium an unexpected summer of leisure as a house sitter in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee, Delia believes the bad "juju" surrounding her life for the past ten years is about to change for the better. However, she never counted on that change coming to her in the form of a persistently charming and undeniably handsome ghost of a young Civil War soldier, a connected soul who is fated to transform her destiny forever.
