A licensed Texas attorney and a former Assistant Attorney General of Texas, Mr. Winick serves on the faculty of the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism and is co-editor of A Guide to the Basics of Law Practice. Over the past five years, Mr. Winick has served as a consultant, trainer, and teacher for over 5,000 attorneys, judges, law students, court personnel, and law office administrators.
