The spine has four slightly raised bands, a gilt rose in the middle, and two swords toward the bottom. While the front hinge is completely secure, the black leather over the exterior has broken down, revealing a thin line of brown leather. The boards are peeking at the corners, and some of the page edges are torn, due to careless separation of the page edges. 353 pages. Deluxe marbled endpaper, gilt top page edges. [2.5 lbs].
