About the Author
James W. Saxton has represented physicians and hospitals in state and federal courts for over 30 years. He is presently the Chairman of Steven s & Lee s Health Care Litigation Group and Co-Chair of the firm s Health Care Department. Maggie M. Finkelstein is a shareholder with Steven s & Lee s healthcare litigation and risk management group. She focuses her practice on helping physicians, hospitals, centers, clinics and other health care providers to reduce liability risk and enhance patient safety and quality of care.
