Quarto, 97, wraps, fold-out maps, figures, examination (answers in ink), large rough spots on rear cover, some cover soiling. Staple holes in side margins throughout document, small tears in margins of a few pages, small tear to side edge of rear cover. Covers preparation for combat (preparing a platoon operation order, and identifying various graphic symbols used on a map overlay). Contains PT 7-21-30-202, Graphic Representation Programmed Text, FY 77, which provides the fundamentals of construction and techniques of depicting military symbols which are used in the preparation of situation maps, planning maps, operation maps, and overlays.
