About the Author
Derek L Waller is professor at E.M. Lyon a management school in France. Prior to that he taught at both the University of California, and the California State University. He has spent over 18 years in industry in strategic planning, finance, marketing, operations, engineering, and construction including projects in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the USA. He has Ph.D. and B.Sc. engineering degrees from England, and a MBA, and a BA (French) from the USA. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the UK Institution of Chemical Engineers.
