Tom Davies Rare Books has been under the sole proprietorship of Eric Holmes Patterson for 42 years. An open shop for 30 years, it now has only an on-line reality as well as an "appointment only" physical presence. At any one time, the Davies business stocks 300-400 rare books, most of which are listed with Abebooks, and are amenable to browsing.
