Operator Methods in Wavelets, Tilings, and Frames

Eleven papers from the April 2013 meeting explore convex geometry, direct integral decompositions, Beurling density, operator-valued measures, and splines, applying tools and results from operator theory to solving problems in the study of frames. Topics include phase retrieval by vectors and projections, images of the continuous wavelet transform, exponential splines of complex order, local translations associated with spectral sets, and dynamical sampling in hybrid shift invariant spaces.
