Subrat Kumar Mohanty, Professor-Director at Templecity Institute of Technology and Engineering, Odisha, specializes in Communication Systems, Intelligent Systems, and Wireless Sensor Networks. Holding a B.Tech (Mysore), M.Tech (VSSUT Burla), and Ph.D. (Utkal University), he has over 28 years of academic experience.
