Side folded tabloid format. 15 by 11 ½ inches. Color psychedelic art on the covers, with psychedelic art and decorations in the interior, as well as black and white photos. 24 pp. Seventh issue of this paper that was published for one year. The Oracle of Southern California was inspired by the more famous San Francisco Oracle, publishing work inspired by the psychedelic and hippie trends. This issue with lengthy article on the founding and growth of the Om Foundation "tribe" or commune, as well as the usual psychedelic, hippie inspired articles. GOOD condition. Minor toning. Faint fold crease present. Volume/issue number written in ink and crossed out on the upper front cover.
