Money back guarantee if not satisfied with the transaction. Will hold the book for 10 days awaiting payment. Will ship FedEx. Please email for shipping charges.
Personal checks made payable to Orca Knowledge Systems Inc. Accept paper money orders. Accept Purchase Orders and will bill libraries and universities. Also accept credit cards through PayPal (contact us directly and I'll send you an invoice).
Foreign orders: American Express, Visa and Mastercard accepted. Make sure name, address, phone number and book number appear on all correspondence. Indicate how you wish the book to be shipped. When paying by check write title and author on check. Also accept credit cards through PayPal.
Domestic Shipping: $3.90 Media Mail Rate or $6.25 for Priority Mail.
International shipping: $24 Global Priority to Canada or $16 surface to Canada. All other international rates: $32.75 Global Priority and $22.50 surface.
If unsure of shipping charges, please email your address and we can give you an exact shipping amount. No refunds for books lost in the mail. If this of concern to you, please add $1.50 to the shipping charge for insurance.
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2 lbs, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
