30 cm x 21 cm. Broadsheet. With the original return envelope provided by the company. The form is filled out by a wealthy resident of Minneapolis, a resident of Loring Park. Her apartment building still exists today. The company here offers salt mackerel, salt codfish, smoked Fish, fresh codfish, green turtle, various appetizers, clams, crabmeat, herring, lobsters, oysters, salmon, shrimp, tuna, and sardines. They offer free express shipping East of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. A fascinating record of the seafood industry and of mail-order businesses in the early 20th century. The form has multiple folds from being tucked into the envelope, the envelope has a tiny tear.
