Ordinary Secrets: Secrets Trilogy 1 (Paperback or Softback)

His mission was simple . . . until he fell for her.

Trey

I watched my parents die in an explosion—and it was no accident. Now I’m determined to bring down the people responsible.

My mission is simple: get close to a woman named Arella and uncover the secret behind her immunity to my powers. If I can replicate it, I’ll finally gain the upper hand against the people who shattered my life.

But here’s the catch: Arella has no idea she’s immune—or that people with powers even exist.

As I get closer to her, I discover that her life is in danger. Now I face a heart-wrenching decision: complete my mission or protect the woman I never meant to fall for.

Arella

After escaping an abusive relationship, the last thing I need is to get tangled up with some bad boy musician with a dark and troubled past.

But no matter how much I resist, Trey’s playful charm and protective nature gradually tear down my walls. I want to give him a chance, but he’s keeping secrets from me.

How does he know things he shouldn’t? How do his wounds heal so unnaturally fast? And most importantly, why is he asking—no, begging—me to run away with him?

Ordinary Secrets is the gripping first book in the Secrets Trilogy, loaded with sizzling tension, steamy scenes, and a cliffhanger that will leave you wanting more. This dual POV contemporary fantasy romance is ideal for readers 18+ craving a slow burn forbidden love that will break your heart—and ultimately piece it back together.

Melissa Lam loves reading and writing romance books that take the reader on an emotional roller coaster full of mystery, suspense, and heartache. As an extroverted introvert who doesn't like to leave the house (because it requires wearing pants), Melissa enjoys playing strategic board games and taking long showers. When she does find the will to put pants on, she can be found traveling, enjoying bubble tea, or experiencing the world through food. TL;DR I like to eat and write about heartbreaking stuff.
