The Organization Population: Flip your org chart

Tension is unavoidable, and Team Valuing must occur before Team Building. That is what The Organization Population is all about.
The book identifies 5 different types of people in your organization (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Temperament) that are situated along a continuum of healthy organizational tension. Too much or too little tension, or a lack of appreciation for each other can bring dysfunction.
The classic organization chart often reinforces this dysfunction. The Organization Population suggests you and your team "Flip the org chart" for some healthy "aha moments" to grow your organization.
