About the Author
Rolf E. Rogers, Ph.D., CMC, is a Certified Management Consultant and Professor Emeritus of Management at the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. He has consulted internationally in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. His clients include governments and private and public organizations. Dr. Rogers is the author of numerous published articles on management subjects. His books include Organizational Theory (Allyn & Bacon), Corporate Strategy and Planning (Grid/Wiley), Organizational and Management Theory (Wiley), and Implementation of Total Quality Management (Haworth). Dr. Rogers is the founder of Rogers and Associates, a management consulting firm that specializes in organizational assessment, strategic planning, quality management, team building, diversity management, conflict resolution, and executive coaching.
