Organizational Digital Transformation: An IT-Enabled Program Approach (Paperback or Softback)

Digital transformation is essential for modern enterprises striving to remain competitive in today’s fast-evolving markets. Program management is the organizational backbone that successfully drives digital transformation by integrating multiple initiatives under one cohesive strategy.

Through a structured examination of the program management lifecycle phases, Organizational Digital Transformation provides practical tools, methodologies, and actionable steps. Key tools and processes, such as program vision statements, blueprints, and benefits realization management, are explored in depth. Insights are brought to life through a detailed case example illustrating how to apply program management concepts effectively in practice.
