About the Author
Sue West is a Certified Organizer Coach® specializing in ADHD. Clients hire Sue to take themselves to the next level in time and self-management,to feel more successful as a person at work, at home and in relationship, in all the roles. We work on developing routines, rituals, schedules which are intentional, based on the client's values and what matters to them. We develop schedules as well as the habits, ADHD-friendly or neurotypical, because just having a schedule does not mean we actually follow it. She works often with people who feel they have a lot on their plates, but want to figure out how to "organize the puzzle pieces" to do as much as they want to, in work, in school, at home, with volunteer activities and so forth. Communicating boundaries and setting expectations is a common topic, and Sue's background in Client Services as well as organizing, coaching and nonprofit work is an asset to her clients. She is a Certified Professional Organizer® in Chronic Disorganization from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. She has a master's in mental health counseling, a master's in business and an undergraduate degree in French Studies: SNHU, Babson, and Smith College graduate. The learning from her schools, coaching and ICD supports her compassionate, curious, learning stance for what works and what does not work as well when she works with clients.
