About the Author
Ann Carter Fleming, author, lecturer, researcher, and volunteer is a Certified Genealogist and a Certified Genealogical Lecturer. She is vice president of the National Genealogical Society, secretary of the Missouri State Genealogical Association and board member and past president of St. Louis Genealogical Society. She is the co-author of Research in Missouri and Stowers-Glascock Families: An American Saga. Ann is a ninth generation St. Louisan and a member of the First Families of St. Louis.
