About the Author
Dr. Kimberly Persiani-Becker is an assistant professor of curriculum and instruction at Cal State University. She lectures frequently at national teacher’s conferences in the United States and Canada.
Steve Springer is both a mentor and master teacher with years of classroom experience in both private and public schools. Springer has worked in the Los Angeles school district for 18 years and has developed and implemented many training programs within the district. He is the founder and director of a program called Reach and Teach, working with teachers in rural South Africa, and in his spare time has illustrated five McGraw-Hill titles.
