These are two drawings believed to be from the 1800s, artists are unknown but quite lovely for framing; [1] is a colored pencil drawing of a tower, size: 7-1/2x6in.; [2] is a water color of 2 women next to a tower with a menacing robed person and guard behind them, it is circular size: 3-1/2in, the watercolor is on a harder piece of unknown material, it is so detailed that it is possiblely a study for a larger work or for book by a professional; PROVENANCE: purchased at a Swann Gallaries auction in NY City years ago along with numerous other drawings in the Lot; both drawing are glued to another piece of paper; both items are in GOOD COND.
