It was the author, Richard Watson, Bishop of Llandaff, that the peot Wordsworth, in 1793, had attacked for his apostasy from the cause of liberty. The title page continues, "Wherein is Shewn, The Nature of his Fall, and the Necessity, Means and Manner of his Restoration, through the Sacrifice of CHRIST, and the sensible Operation of that DIVINE PRINCIPLE of GRACE and TRUTH, held forth to the World, by the People Called Quakers. To Which are Added, Some Remarks on the Arguments of Smauel Newton, of Norwich. 230 pp., short octavo hardcover format, leather over boards, brown cloth-backed in a simple rebacking. heavily toned endpapers, mildly foxed and toned interior. Leaves L2 and L3 are mis-signed K2 and K3. Sturdy, serviceable. I've done my best to state clearly and truthfully the condition of each and
every book I have listed on-line. Sometimes, however, books change condition
insofar as they sit on the shelf for a long time, get moved by customers, get
taken to and from book fairs, and so on. If for some reason you don't like your
purchase or it arrives somehow damaged, or if it doesn't get to you at all, you
might be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Most orders will ship within one to two business days, but often times, they
will go out on the same day as they are ordered. I've based my shipping
costs on the assumption of books weighing 2.2
LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized (extra thick, extra
long, etc.), I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is
