Pars I of the Greek epic fragments (2nd edition, 1996) was quickly adopted throughout the world; the collection continued with the Orphica , and the work will be completed in 2006 with Pars II. fasc. 3.

"It is a crucially important contribution, because students of Orphism will use this excellent and authoritative edition for a good many years and their-our-work will inevitably be affected by Bernabé's choises and arrangement."
Gábor Betegh in: Exemplaria critica 11/2007

"B[ernabé]'s edition of Orphic fragments is a monumental work of scholarship, an edition of high quality with exceptional bibliographic resources."
Bryn Mawr Classical Review, Bryn Mawr, 29.12.2004
