The Osiris Factor: New Solutions for Overcomng Human Destructiveness

Overcome the Osiris Factor and discover true happiness

There are days the car has a flat tire, your spouse is late from work, and the kids have tracked mud across the carpet. You can feel the anger building. Sound familiar? We regularly find ourselves in situations where what should happen often doesn't, creating negative feelings within us as we judge those around us.

Osiris was an Egyptian god who judged people, frequently unfairly. This book reveals how we can overcome the Osiris Factor and avoid unnecessary judging.

As we accept things as they are, we replace the Osiris Factor with the Humility Factor, an approach based on spiritual and psychological truths.

Dr. Roos skillfully provides practical approaches and tools, illustrating how to:

* Have loving, intimate relationships
* Be free of anger, guilt, shame and depression
* Foster personal spiritual growth
* Make and act on powerful decisions
* Set and reach personal goals
* Live a long and happy life
