Out of the Mud and Mire: Rising from the Depths of Despair

What do you do when it seems like your hope, peace, and joy are gone, and it feels like you've officially hit rock bottom and are stuck? Maybe you go through the motions and routine of your daily life during the day, and you cry yourself to sleep at night. All you want is for life to feel normal again and the pain to disappear. But God seems distant, nonexistent, or like He just doesn't care at all. So, what do you do?

Life can be full of moments like this. Whether it's loss of a person, job, heartbreak, or traumatic experience, I have found that these moments in life can amplify the voice of the enemy and leave us desperate for a way out if we don't properly navigate them.

Through heartfelt personal testimonies, humor, spiritual parallels, and scripture, Out of the Mud & Mire will:

• Give you tools to help navigate through the dark moments in life
• Show you that God hears your cry, is near to you, and gives you purpose for your pain
• Encourage you to reflect, fight, and keep seeking God in all circumstances
