Blight Green linen-like cover with author's signature in gold on lower right corner of the cover, spine similar composition with large black bar containing the title and subtitle of the books i gold lettering, with half a flower motif at the top and half at the bottom and horizontal bars in black and green at the top and bottom, publisher in gold at the bottom of the spine, back cover is blank, no shelf wear, one small spot of color loss on the bottom edge of the front cover, very light fading on the right edge of front cover and top and bottom edges of the back cover, pages are tight and clean, end pages has evidence of dampness with darkening, splitting at the turn of the back inside cover but no crack through. One black and white photo of a portrait bust (art work) of the author opposite the title page, 12 chapters and index, Non-fiction about a teacher, mother and community leader, Dust Jacket has slight fraying at top and bottom edges, is bright lead green with title and author in white lettering, subtitle in black lettering, spine similar with addition of the publisher, back cover had photo of the author leaning on something in black & white with her name in the upper left corner, end flaps givwe synopsis of the book, indside of the dust jacket there is evidence of moisture with some dark spots and some green spots from the cover of the book.
