Outcome Management: Redesigning Your Business Systems to Achieve Your Vision

Outcome management is an advancement of total quality management that integrates vision, missions, knowledge, planning, and work. This book will show you how to look to the future to develop a vision and the appropriate business systems to accomplish that vision.
The authors detail the critical component of outcome management - the Dual-Track Approach. This model deploys company efforts along two distinct tracks: the Organization Track focuses on continuous incremental quality improvement, and the Business Track is devoted to ongoing dynamic change based upon the leader's vision.
You'll learn how to redesign core processes to achieve this radical change.
