About the Author

Michael van Himbergen was born in Hollywood and raised in Los Angeles. After graduating from California Institute of the Arts (CalArts Film & Video 1980), Michael worked as a visual effects producer on projects including Spaceballs, Die Hard, Michael Jackson's Black or White, Stargate, What Dreams May Come, Surrogates and others. Van Himbergen has written OVERBLOWN as a screenplay and composed a soundtrack for the film.
