Actually, I Can (and so can you): Overcoming Obstacles to Live Your Best Life

Let me just begin by saying, I’m not famous. I don’t have an Instagram account with over 100,000 followers. I don’t have a podcast and I’m not a social media influencer. I did, however, start a blog in 2018 and currently have seventy-seven followers, but that doesn’t exactly scream, “Hey, I made it!”So why am I writing a book about overcoming obstacles, achieving dreams and living your best life? I mean, who am I anyway? I’m a married mom of three, living in suburbia. I’m a Food Network fan. I’m a watching Chip & Joanna Gaines on Fixer Upper and then completely rearrange-my-furniture kind of gal. I’m an avid reader, an overachiever, and a force to be reckoned with if you mess with my kids. I’m probably a lot like you.And you know what I’ve realized along the way? You don’t need to be famous achieve your dreams, overcome obstacles and live your best life. You don’t need to have all those accolades to make it. And you certainly don’t need to compare your success or lack thereof, by reading about how someone famous was able to achieve, overcome and succeed. What is it you want? What do you really want? What is the one thing that makes your belly flutter? What scares you? What inspires you? Okay, now close your eyes and let yourself think. Dream. Imagine.
