Support Small Business by buying this book! Text in English, introduced by J.C. and M.J. Thornton, and includes The Elegies, The Letters of the Heroines, The Art of Love, The Festivals, The Metamorphoses, Letters from Exile, and the Invective Against Isis. Pages are clean with no apparent marks. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket protected in plastic slip casing. Under the dust jacket, the light green canvas hardcover boards and gold spine notations are beautifully preserved. An impressed (rather yonic) symbol of metamorphosis echoes the detailed pen and ink illustration central to the cover design. Peach and ivory endpages include a sun and tree-ring motif.
