About the Author
Theresa E. Laurie Maitland, PhD, is the Coordinator of the Academic Success Program for Students with LD/ADHD, a program in the Learning Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Maitland specializes in preparing individuals with ADHD/LD for life after high school. She is the co-author of Ready for Take-Off: Preparing Your Teen With ADHD or LD for College and On Your Own: A College Readiness Guide for Teens With ADHD/LD.
Bryan Ische is a freelance illustrator and designer currently living and operating out of Minneapolis, MN.
