Owned By The Fae King

The pressure to find a woman to bear the heir to the third crown of Kraterra weighed heavily on my shoulders, but that didn't mean I was in a hurry to find her.

I was the peacemaker. After the dust of conflict had settled I was the one who signed the treaties and negotiated new alliances--or the payment of tributes. I'd never made a rash decision in my life. Until the moment I laid eyes on a slave who should never have wandered into my presence.

Aree was born a slave, but that didn't mean she wasn't worthy to carry the child of a king.
