Violeta Dabija is a freelance children's book illustrator from Republic of Moldova, Eastern Europe. Her focus is on producing magic pictures, whimsical and unique environments for her characters. She loves combining traditional and digital techniques while retaining the traditional feel of the illustration and likes nothing better than making people happy with her work. She has illustrated over 25 children's books and her work was featured in the 07/08 Edition of 200 Best Illustrators Worldwide. Nikki Gamble is the founder and Director of Write Away and Just Imagine Story Centre.
