(1943-45. Four volumes, 15 cm x22 cm Numerous illustrations and maps throughout including 2 large folding maps in pockets at the end of volumes I and IV. Contents clean and tight with no inscriptions. Publishers slate blue cloth gilt titles to upper boards. The spines evenly faded light rubbing to head tail of spine of volume 1, upper corner bumped.
