Chess Anderson was born in the US but moved to Canada in 1958 where he was part of the faculty of the University Of Saskatchewan. He was a Listed Artist and this little watercolor, dated to 1981, shows him at his best with a landscape. It measures 8.5" x 5" picture size, 12.5" x 9.5" overall framed size. The glass is chipped at the top left tip.; 8.5" x 5".
