Born November 28, 1968, Eze Malachy C., a native of Lejja in Nsukka LGA of Enugu State Nigeria holds National Dip. in Public Admin and Fin. Mgt; B.Sc (First Class Hons) and M.Sc (Nig) Pol. Sc.-Int. Relations. Currently, a PhD Student of UNN. He is a Lecturer at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka and have many paper publications to his credit.
