About the Author
Stephanie Mattei, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist in the Philadelphia area and a professor at LaSalle University. With a specialty in both cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies, she believes that everyone can be mindful in the world and learn new skills to improve their quality of life. Stephanie has a particular interest in working with women who struggle with Eating Disorders, PCOS, Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harm behaviors and relationship distress. Stephanie has written chapters in PCOS: The Dietitian s Guide and Psychotherapists Revealed: Therapists Speak About Self-Disclosure in Psychotherapy.
