PDQ PRO: Prepare, Develop, and Qualify a Proficient Team

A new hire needs to KNOW things, DO things, and deliver QUALITY results. And you just sent them to "training." So, why can't you sleep at night? Because "training" doesn't always mean competence. They might have plenty of experience, but they should understand how you expect things done, how your team gets results. With PDQ PRO, you'll build a competence roadmap - and Pretty Darn Quick, they'll perform like a Pro.

Based on a simple military training method, PDQ PRO starts with self study as they PREPARE for supervised practice. Then they DEVELOP judgement, speed, and skill through repetition and focused coaching. Finally, they demonstrate competence in all the skills, to QUALIFY for the role. As they continue the Prepare-Develop-Qualify cycle with new products, new customers, and advanced tasks, they build Proficiency and competence. This book shows you how!
