BACKGROUND/DESCRIPTION: A SEQUEL TO "AT THE EARTH'S CORE," RELATING THE FURTHER ADVENTURES OF DAVID INNES IN THE LAND UNDERNEATH THE EARTH'S CRUST. Illustrated by J. ALLEN ST. JOHN. At the time of this research, there are a couple of copies from A. C. McClurg 1923 selling in the $7,500-$9,500 range on the internet with no other 1923 Grosset copies found for sale. This copy by Grosset doesn't list the copyright by McClurg, which makes me wonder was the Grosset copy printed before McClurg? The copyright page lists the following: The Frank A. Munsey Company 1915, Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc. 1923 (twice), and Published September 1923. Anyway this is one of the first copies printed from 1923. COMPETITIVE PRICING!
