Insured return by Postal Mail, UPS, or Express Mail within five days of receipt at Buyer's expense. If returned goods are lost or damaged, Buyer shall have the responsability to file on and collect said Insurance proceeds as his sole remedy. If good and verifiable funds are not received within ten days, Seller may, at his option, declare transaction null and void. Facsimile copies of items remain the sole property of Seller, and may not be re-copied, and facsimile copies of items will not be provided to prospective customers, unless Seller, in his sole discretion chooses to do so. After sale of an item, Seller reserves the unconditional right to retain and use facsimiles of sold items. Any sale shall be considered a California contract and subject only to the laws of and the Jurisdiction of the State of California.
