Half calf with marbled boards, marbled edges, and marbled endpapers. Some board edges worn, some corners bumped. No markings internally, hinges are sound and text block is tight. All three volumes bear the bookplate of William E. Stuart, with a unicorn crest, possibly indicative of his descent through the royal Stewart family. In this book, Cyrus Redding reflects on his personal experiences with some of the most notable men of his time. Through his unique perspective, the reader gains a deeper understanding of the men who shaped the world as we know it today.
