About the Author

Dr. Philip C. Johnson is the Director of Educational Services for the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. He earned his Master's Degree in Education at Pensacola Christian College and his Ph.D. at Andrew Jackson University in Birmingham. He has served as a classroom teacher and a school administrator before assuming his current position. He is a frequent seminar, author, and educational consultant. He and his wife, Haeryeon, have two sons, Kris and Sam.

Dr. Dan L. Burrell is the senior pastor of Northside Baptist church and the superintendent of Northside Christian School in Charlotte, N.C. he has served as a junior and senior high school teacher, a school administrator and is the President of the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. Dr. Burrell holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Pensacola Christian College and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He and his wife Julie have four children.
