Covers Book FINE with UNOPENED PAGES. In mended, broken box. This scarce work was not in the 1967 edition 16th Century Printed Books in the National Library of Medicine. It did not appear in any bibliography or biography prior to this printing. cf. Pictorius, Georg P. Hirsch Vol, IV p.564.
