About the Author

Prior to founding Shoreline, Kleiman spent 20 years in the media industry, serving in executive positions for Home Box Office, Warner Communications and FilmStar.

Ronald F. Richards, CFO of Biopure Corporation, Cambridge, Mass., has over 14 years of experience working with public and private companies in the areas of business, law and accounting. In the area of corporate finance, he has executed and structured numerous transactions including public offerings, private placements, and merger and acquisition transactions.
