Green cloth with gilt titles and emblem. Corners, head/tail of spine lightly bumped. Scuffing and a few small stains on the upper cover. Light wear along the edges. Condition is VG. Vol 3: The Plan for Canada's Capital 2017-2067. 84 pages, in near fine condition. Jacket is in near fine condition with very light bumping around the edges.
