4to. (35 cm.) 39p. Profusely illustrated with brown tone captioned photos and period ads. Stapled booklet in color pictorial wrappers decorated in green and red with an image of candles on the front wrapper and an image of Seth Parker on the rear wrapper. Cover has additional information: Portland's Premier Weekly Review" and, with reference to an extensive portfolio of images in thisissue, "Oregon's Grandeur in Pictorial Review". A choice piece of Portland ephemera. Wrappers slightly soiled, one inch tear to rear wrapper (repaired with archival material), center fold loose from one of the staples, staples show some rust, else very good to near fine--in extraordinarily good condition for something so fragile. n/a.
