Stated second edition. 96 pages, illustrated photo frontis of the author plus sketches including two large foldouts of arrangements for the kitchen, the store room, seating for a banquet. Floral end papers. Advice for managing waiters and kitchen staff, menus, food purchasing and storage, banquet planning and management, plus an extensive 28 page section on wines. Very good condition though with a bit of cover soil, the binding is tight, no owner names, very clean internally.
