Second Edition. Hardback. 8vo. pp x, 81, 15 full page plates. Original publisher's green cloth, lettered gilt on spine and on front cover. Lithographic frontispiece. Slight fading and dulling at spine and slight surface scuffing to covers, otherwise sound, clean, very good. Front cover reads 'Part 1' but this appears complete in itself.
