Index. The fold-out page for a supper for 60 to 80 is intact and in good condition. The Williamsons are indentified as "Teachers of [the arts of cooking and pastry making]" on the title page. The book is organized into 18 sections starting with Soups, Fish, Beef, etc. and moving to Pies, Game, Entrées, Vegetables, and so on. The sections on Puddings and Pastry, Cakes and Biscuits seem most interesting. Recipes include Pitcaithy bannock; Old Maid's Cake; Apricot Water Ice; Soufflé of Oranges; Her Majesty's Pudding; Friar's Chicken Soup; Sheep's Head Pie. There is some faint spotting to the covers with the back cloth rippled in places. (1.5 JM HOQ 100/3 Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
