Ex-Library. Text is clean, binding is strong. Very nice dark green cloth cover with black embossed lettering and design on front, gold lettering on spine. Inside hinge paper is cracked but not separated. "Presentation copy" is stamped on title page. Title page states that this is a second edition, revised. The preface is dated August 1912, but there is no publication date stated. This copy has sharp corners and edges, very clean, looks very nice.
